i had to change my post. i don't think there are any roms like that. the best you could probably get are icons and such. i might be wrong.

what apple theme? whats the best rom? that sounds like a loaded question. the iphone isn't a "theme", and the rom that any iphone theme is on won't change that. what rom would i put an apple theme on? ummm.... a stable rom? beyond that, its just a question that really has no real answer.

Check out iPhoneToday, a Homescreen app that mimics the iPhone, but also there are a couple of ROMS like iPhoneClone which have no TouchFlo but iPhoneToday cooked in.
