Refurb TP acting weird

I sent my old TP in to sprint and they sent me a refurb back. It was working OK until yesterday. This happens out of nowehere - the TV out screen keeps popping up and disappears. If I choose NTSC/PAL, then the screen goes away but the phone is stuck in landscape mode. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Please let me know how I can make the TV out screen go away and not appear automatically...

hard reset. i always do one when i get a refurb.

Razors right, all you really can do is Hard Reset. If the problems continues, of course you can call sprint or Asurion.

Suggestions on what you can try:

1. Try a Hard Reset
2. Use the update profile and update windows options under settings to see if that fixes the problem.

3. You can always return it to Asurion/Sprint.
4. Install a custom rom

Thanks guys, I was going to do a hard reset but I figured I should ask around here to see if there was a possible fix.

Exactly what these guys said, hard reset. If it continues to happen then something is wrong with your phone and you may need it repaired/replaced again
