Sprint issue with my TP...

ok i just got off the phone with sprint...and im very disappointed...I been having issues with sprint ever since the touch and never complained about it...i mean dropped calls constantly and people calling and it rings for them but not on my side...so i kept my cool...and now with my touch pro im experiencing the same problems...but now my texts freeze for about 10-15 seconds at times...the keyboard stops working once in a while...so I called them yesterday all they told me to do was reset it and i done that enough...so i called back and said there is nothing they can do over the phone and i have to take it to a repair center...and the closest one to me is like 2 hours away...its hard for a college student to do that between school and work...grrrrrrrrr...sprint just failed...smh...anybody know what to do???
