random gray circle icon showing up in 6.5.1, anyone else have this problem?

this icon keeps popping up no matter what i do.. it only happens when on the homescreen, and it disappears when i open any program, but reappears right as i close it. in the dropdown notification thing, it shows up as a green triangle, but when i click it, it doesn't do anything. anyone know how to get rid of this?

The one to teh left of your wifi icon? If so, then thats the new roaming icon.

Move back into your home coverage area?

Edit: Sprint... I see. Guess you could put it into home only to keep it from roaming, but otherwise just ignore it.
