what the crap?! flashing problems

okay, i know how to flash. this is a replacement phone. i unlocked via sd card and then tried to flash via sd card and it didn't work. it flashed a gray screen for a second and then didn't do anything. i know it's formatted correctly because i used to flash my old device a lot with the sd card. then i tried to run the ruu from my computer, but whenever i try to initiate the flash, activesync connection disconnects and it won't flash. what is going on?!

Make sure your actually unlocked. I assume you already know how. For Activesync make sure you have enabled usb connections.

well, i was able to flash via MicroSD (i forgot to rename the NBH to RAPHIMG, lol) but i still can't get it to flash via activesync. weird..

Activesync seems to be a problem for some. Was it ever working for you before? You could try removing the activesync program from your computer and reinstalling.

get a card reader and change the .nbh file to RAPHIMG then reflash
