uploading verizon shipped rom trouble

I am flashing it via the sd card, and when i put it into bootloader it goes to the grey loading screen, then it flashes the number 00068002 in red at the top of the screen. Then it returns to the tri colored screen...

Help anybody?

is your phone locked? also sd needs to be formatted fat32. give it a shot?

ive flashed my phone plenty of times, i know how to do all that.

its just that error code im wondering about.

hmm, I would try downloading and extracting it again, or flashing via usb RUU. good luck

i cant flash via RUU's.
my phone has a broken screen and i need it to get to factory settings so i can use the warranty.
it is stuck on the align screen, screen.
