Replacement touch pro will not unlock

i got my replacement today im attempting to unlock it with NO luck any got any idea's

running Windows Xp sp3

i tried it on windows 7 too

Try unlocking wit the sd card. I had a problem similar to yours and the 1st card I tried 8GB didn't work but the 1 GB that came with the phone did.

I'm having the same issue, but I'm not able to flash through SD either. Any ideas? I d/l the exe manual, and I put on the nbh file like it goes..

I'm using a 512mb card if that makes a difference.

Nevermind, didn't have the right format in my card.

i actually had a LOT of trouble unlocking my replacement. i was unable to do it via sd card and after a lot of fighting i finally got it to unlock via RUU....
i wonder if they did something to refurbs at the factory?

i got it to work but i have to send it back lol i can see the circuit board under the button panel

i had to leave mine on use the RUU and have it put the phone bootloader

Just unlocked my referb from Asurion. Did it from the SD card and it worked with no problems at all...

funny... the refurb i just got is actually (dare i say) better than the two new ones i've gotten in the past... *knock on wood*
