Anyone having syncing issues with WM 6.5?

I cannot seem to sync my TP on my Mac using WM6.5. I am trying to do so with a USB. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

I was having issues with this but realized it was my OEM cable. Im using a different cable now and it works.
