Flashing issue...(backup)

My boss installed a program for work that obviously gets erased everytime I flash. Any idea on how to copy it without having the cab file, and reinstall it on a new rom? It's called "I&R" or WorkAssure for TimeWarner cable techs.

I am not sure if SPB Backup will do the trick or not...

it will be awfully difficult to do without the cab file (need to know what files it is made up of, and what dependencies it comes with). Might try just copying the executable.. maybe it's just standalone. I would suggest getting the cab for it, and then pursuing something like sashimi that will automatically install stuff for you when you hard reset or flash.
