issue after my last rom flash.

Hello all, I've been pretty lucky each time I've flashed my rom using custom roms until today. I have lost count of the number of roms I've used....it's been many roms. The flash went well... and the device booted up with no problems. When I tried using the phone, I realized voice no longer works...in fact I would get a message from the American Roaming Network. But texting works fine.....my phone notifies me that I have 2 voicemails but I can't retrieve since my phone is not recognized on the network. What can I do to fix this??

a quick update....I flashed to stock sprint rom and updated PRL...now looks like it's working again...whew! back to custom rom we go!!
