Htc Help On keyborad malfuction

Hey guys i need help..actually a little confused.I have been flshing roms like its a disease! but for some odd reason i was using Silence 6.5 rom ...everything worked and i wanted to try out juciys new rom when i went to flash it everything went fine... but i noticed that when i flipped out the key board it was slow to light up and when it did it gave me a slow typing responce meaning i would finish typing 4 letters before it would show up on screen then it gradually stopped alltogether any ideas is there a driver that might of went bad?

i had the same exact thing happen less than week ago but with different ROM, going to flash another rom in the next few days(work-busy) and see if that correct the problem(hoping its not hardware). for now have to use onscreen keyboard most of time since hardware is uber slow and sometimes do not work at all. Anyone fixed it if it is hardware(some wire loose perhaps)?

wow in a werid way im glad im not the only one..lol neways to me i dont see it being a hardware problem cause it only happen when i flashed to juciy's new rom then it started to slow down with response time and then nothing and i flashed serval serval roms already with no luck i thnik its deeper than the rom probably a hardware driver hopefully someone has the answer please god!!!!
