Exchange Sync Help!!

I currently am using Mighty Rom 4.16. I have been using my activsync with exchange for several months now. A couple days ago i did a domain forward to test something but it screwed up all my server settings to i had to undo the forward. Everything in my office is working correctly, but my phone will not sync with exchange anymore. Ususaully when i set it up, it asks you about the SSL certificate then syncs up.

It is not doing that any more, it just keeps trying to connect but nothing is happening. I've tried hard resetting, starting from scratch etc. I'm thinking it has something to do with the certificate.

Is there any way to delete or refresh the certificates. I know my setting are correct b/c when i put them in on my assistants phone, it works so it's not anything on the back end. It's something on the phone.

Any help would be greatly apprciated. . . i've been banging my head against the wall for a couple days now!!

Re: Exchange Sync Help!!

did you use the winmo cert utlity to add a certificate to your phone in the first place? proabbly not... delete the profile from the exchnage server.

to view installed cert's go to start, settings, system, certs. to delete a personal cert click and hold. select delete.

I did that, but all the certs, the delete option was greyed out. When i initially sycned up the phone, it gave me a pop up and asked about the cert so i accepted it and everything worked, up until about 2 days ago everything was fine.

Is there a way to ungrey the cert? Please let me know. thanks.

I tried finding that utility on microsoft website but it's not working. I have the certificate from my outlook web access.

Any tips or suggestions.
