How to Build a CDMA Touch Pro Rom?

Would anyone be able to give me instructions or point me over to an area that will give step by step instructions on how to build my own rom? I know that I have to use something called a kitchen and OEM packages but im not too sure where the CDMA touch pro rom builders find their things. Ive already searched ppcgeeks along with google and xda on how to build a touch pro rom and where to find things, but there arent any instructions for it that i can find. Even though rom cooking is new to me, Im not a noob to my phone and have already flashed roms and made a couple apps so hopefully cooking wont be too difficult to learn.

Hard question to just answer...
Best place to start would be with Rstoyguy guides:

My Rom Building Tutorials

Thank you for the quick reply. I had read that guide earlier a couple of days ago and Im starting to understand what OEMs are and how to make them but the thread seemed more of a guide to personalize an already built rom rather than make a completely new one. Im surprised that there isnt a sticky on rom building or if there is one, i just cant seem to find it

Just pick a Kitchen and make it your own.
Gives you a good base to start with.
I would start with a Visual Kitchen, indagroove has a great one.
