Picture mail ????

When i get a picture mail and if its like a little video or just an animated joke that moves it shows up like a picture but doesnt move but if i log on to sprint and check my picture mail i can see thats its not just a picture but it has movement? Does antone else have this problem?

Do you have a Mogul or TP? Your profile says Mogul, however you're posting in a TP forum...

No worries. Make sure you have the latest Arcsoft MMS installed and report back.
