[SOLVED] Custom ROM battery recognition issues

Hello all. I am diving in to the world of rom cooking and I am having a hard time with the battery. I downloaded erice's 23009 kitchen and modified a bunch of stuff. The issue I am having is with the battdrv.dll in OEMDRIVERS I get a battery icon on the taskbar that reports full strenght, but the system sees it as almost dead. When I swap the drivers with Silence's rapid charge battery it functions as expected but because of the rapidcharging I lose the ability to activesync. Can anyone tell me what files are used for the battery? (SYS / OEM) or maybe upload the battery part from one of their kitchens? I have looked into SSK 2.1.1 and not found anything. I have replaced the attdrv.dll folder from calkulin's 23008 kitchen but they are the same thing. What can affect the battery recognition?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: i figured it out. I missed the OEM for the battery.dll and just had OEMDRIVER battdrv.dll. oops. anyway it's working and activesyncing and all is well!
