WebCamera Plus Help Connecting

Can any one help me with this Web Camera Plus

I try Connecting through WiFi but it just keeps saying " Attempting "

but nothing happen

I put in my ip address of my wireless but still nothing

and i dont know what to put exactly for the port

any help would be greatly appreciated
