yeah i did this a few times lol. and as for the radio version i have tried a few different radios from the verizon ones to the new alltel ones and the rest lol didn't notice any real difference in any of the radios. so i guess alltels revA just sucks, what about verizon, how does it compare to them??

LOL, yeah it does suck.....maybe they will up their game now that Verizon has taken everything over in my area. Have they also taken over in your area? I kept getting letters in the mail from Verizon over the last couple weeks telling me to do the *228 thing b/c they are changing Alltel customers in my area over to Verizon. I don't know if it is any better yet, they said the conversion was complete on the 13th, but I haven't noticed any big differences yet......I will keep my fingers crossed.

yeah they finished all the verizon stuff on the 12th. dude i just got a replacement in the mail it came in a verizon box but says alltel on the phone and the rom is the stock alltel rom but just did a test to see what it was like 3.6 to 4.1 and this was tested in both opera and ie!!! i hooked it up to the computer but was only pulling 800-900 on it!!! what gives!!!
