LOL, yeah it does suck.....maybe they will up their game now that Verizon has taken everything over in my area. Have they also taken over in your area? I kept getting letters in the mail from Verizon over the last couple weeks telling me to do the *228 thing b/c they are changing Alltel customers in my area over to Verizon. I don't know if it is any better yet, they said the conversion was complete on the 13th, but I haven't noticed any big differences yet......I will keep my fingers crossed.
