Dude, try uninstalling your mobile device center and reinstall, it will be helpful to know what OS u running on u r pc/laptop.....

I did this on:
Windows XP64
MacOS 10.5

both no luck. Store couldn't either.

Here's the kicker, they made me file an insurance claim (custom rom).

Grr. Cost $100.

Feh.

Waiting for replacement from Asurion.

I get this all the time, you need to open task manager and shut down the following files:
rapimanager.exe
two more files which I cannot remember as I don't sync at work wnsvc or something like that, they're one right after another in the task list start with w***..exe.

Disconnect your device from the usb cable, reconnect and then restart Activecrap manually by double-clicking the icon.

Should reconnect normally after that.

Tried all those, plus the store couldn't get it to connect there. I am *VERY* technical.
