WM 6.5 lock program ported to 6.1?!

If anyone is like me, then you want the reliability of 6.1 with the fancy new benefits of 6.5... The main thing that makes me want to put up with some of the bugs of 6.5 is the lock program. Basic, reliable, and doesnt munch on my battery all day.... Well that being said, has anyone done this successfully? If so please post!!

Also if this has been done I did search and didnt find anything, please no bashing just reply then close the thread. Thanks guys

If you really did search, you would come up with the answer to your question, which is no, it has not been done.

I agree 100%. I'm happy with the speed and reliability of the MM 4.0 final. I wish it had the lock feature of 6.5. I mean come on MS... not thinking of a convenient lock for a mobile os? Ridiculous.

I just had an idea, you could use s2u2 and skin it to look like the 6.5 lock.

The point though is not going so much for the look but for the funtionality and reliability. Something that doesnt drain the batt as bad as s2u2. So a skin wouldnt help

Great, great application. Love it. Only thing is that I can't get it to stay locked when I get an SMS. It wakes up and goes to TF3D with the SMS notification.

Cuz usually what happens to me is I get a text, my phone wakes up, and while its in my pocket, or while I go to take it out then it presses everything.

Re: WM 6.5 lock program ported to 6.1?!

Have you tried some of the newer 6.5 ROMS out there, it's just as reliable as 6.1 IMO. Give DCD's 1.05 a shot, i promise you it's every bit as reliable as any 6.1 (or 6.5 for that matter) ROM out there.
