Touch Pro Not Recognizing A Program Help

I installed a program onto my storage card and for some reason my TP doesnt even list it as a program at all. However when I go to the exe file on my storage card it starts up no issues. What should I do here? Uninstall and re-install into My documents?

make a shortcut to the .exe & put it in the Windows/start menu/programs.

I on on total commander now and its asking me whether I want to overwrite etc how do I do this?
