Ok.. who is sick of 40% of the calls going straight to the voicemail? Any cures for this bug?

i used to have this problem with my tmobile mda because tmo priority was set to has data-1 and phone-2 so if you had an open data connection like web browsing or w/e it was ignore the call, theres prolly a registry edit someone on this forum will know but with my touch pro I havent lost as many calls but when youtube is playing i know i've lost some..sorry couldnt be more help try a search

I'm sorry, I haven't run into this problem yet.

I have a xv6900 with a home-cooked ROM, if that has anything to do with it.

Are you in a good coverage area? Are you not streaming data when this happens? If yes to both of those then the problem may be one of post 9 11, Patriot Act hysteria. Law enforcement may be monitoring where your incoming calls are coming from which often prevents the call from going to the handset. Forty percent seems a bit high though unless you are a person of interest. I would not think this a problem with your handset.

This is a scary thought. Hopefully this is not the case. If it was, forty percent is a very high number, meaning they're really interested in this person with the straight-to-voicemail problem.
