plz help my sprint htc pro

hi everybody
i buy from ibay sprint htc pro and send to my country yemen and unlock to work to my cdma network it was work good and i was very happy.
now after 15 days my lcd can not view image same time and same time it works ok when the lcd not working i see baklight is working iam switch on many time the screen untile work the display also when i open the keyboard the image has freeze i have change the lcd part but the same problem plaese help becouse now the lcd display not working only the backlight and i cant use the divace plaese any idea .

Try a "Hard Reset" my screen was doing something similar. The backlight wasn't completely going out and I could see very faint lines on the screen. A soft reset fixed it temporarily. But a Hard Reset took it away. There is a program called pocket controller that may give you access to the units screen to at least back everything up before you hard reset and lose everything.

Also this post probably doesn't belong in this area. Could someone move it?

i do hard rest also change the rom but stell the same problem after i change the rom the screen display dont work only the backlight i do so many soft rest and nothing new i think the problem is the hardware not software i change the lcd part to anther lcd and nothing new same problem.

if you've flashed to a different rom and you've done a hard reset and you've changed out the lcd screen and the problem still exists, then i'm afraid it's a most likely the mainboard or the lcd flex cable.

yes it def sounds like hardware related.
