How can I get rid of the message sent notification?

I tried changing the registry, advanced settings config, tried some notification cab i found on here a while ago and nothing. The message sent option is pretty annoying. Is this happening to anyone else , and what can i use to fix this?

install the diamond tweak located in the tp essentials thread.

cool thanks, guys that worked, but now i notice that my earpeice sucks, ive used both cabs in this post

wat am i doing wrong? and do i have to hard reset to fix it?

I'm not sure about the cabs, but if you install diamond tweaks and use that to disable the message notification, then you won't have any issues with sound.
Sorry i have no info on getting your sound back to the way it was, but diamond tweaks is how i disable my sent notification with no problems.
