alltel mms settings

hey i downloaded the mms program and it only has a sprint server and i need the info for alltel. can anybody help a brother out?

Save it in a .TXT like I did

Code:

Server Name: Alltel MMSC
Gateway: mms.alltel.com
Port Number:8080
Server Address: http://mms.alltel.com/servlets/mms
Connection via: Alltel Wireless

Depending on your location you may have to change the port number to 80. I have to. You can go here too http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=52695. in post 5 is the alltel arcsoft cab and sms160 (which u should install also for alltel). it will put all the alltel settings in there for ya. the default port number in this package is 8080 as well and again depending upon where u are u may need to change it to 80. good luck!

I have a vx9900 so I dont have mms opt but mine need changed cuz cant send or receive mms. Anyone know how to change it since not under serv menu?

these are the server settings for the picture messaging program. it's just the proper settings to make sure it works. if you're on the stock rom or have used an alltel arcsoft program, then you don't need these settings.
