my HTC touch pro can't send SMS

Hi, Iam using touch pro with sim card Halo (Telkomsel ) in indonesia, when i want send sms there is problem show "check your sms setting". there is no setting manual in phone setting -- services -- voice mail and text messages . but if i change with other sim card like Pro XL, Simpati there is no problem. what's wrong with my SIM card HALO (telkomsel) ?
