Question Word Completion help TP
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue? I have checked off the box to be able to use word completion for texting and other stuff, however, it does not work. It worked fine on my Sprint touch, but not the pro. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

I suggest looking in the TP essentials uptop, you will find what you looking for: disable tx9 cab

I've run this on my Verizon TP, without any noticable difference.

I'm looking for functionality like I had on my old Palm 700w that as I type a word using the hardware keyboard, a drop down appears after a couple letters with sugestions. Even after running the patch referenced above, this doesn't happen on my TP.

This has never worked on my TP either. I was wondering why this was the case. They need to fix this with a Patch soon. It is very annoying. I loved that feature on my Mogul.

Sorry, you lost me. On my Verizon TP, Function->Space brings up the Communications Manager. There is no t9 english option there that I see.

Sorry, I'm on Verizon but I'm using a Sprint TP & that works on mine.

I didn't realize the VZ TP was different in that regard.
