XBmod+MR5 theme issue? help "/

I'm gonna kill myself! lol. ok big problem.
I'm running MR5 with the XBmod tabs and such. Works great...until I try to install one of LilRico's Themes (Slappahoe Red) . It freezes my whole TF3d screen up (see attached pictures) and I'm not sure what I've done wrong. I hard reset and hard reset some more like a thousand times and it works again until I install a colored theme. could it be a compatability issue with the theme and XBmod layout of tf3d tabs? its completely frozen and im getting mayybe just a bit frustrated with it...okay maybe alot. HELP ME PLZ. (btw yes i've searched, and honestly I'm not even sure what how to categorize this)

Earlier I tried uninstalling one to see if it was the problem and its screwed the whole thing up forcing me to reflash again. "/
