check your connection settings for your DATA connection (#777 for Verizon, but your sprint so I do not know what it would be)
its under MANAGE CONNECTIONS in CONNECTIONS. Contact Sprint for the information if it is missing, or try leaving it blank, not sure for sprint info |

right so thats what i did last night... i never had to enter any of this info before so i dont know what it would be... isnt there a way to automatically provision all this?

next time that happens... leave user name and password blank then check save password and click ok.
