Does The Magnet On Magnetic Cases Affect Touch Pro?

I read somewhere that the magnet on some of the cases for the touch pro affect the phone somehow. Is this true? Im about to buy a case and need to make sure! Thanks!

I've been using my Mogul case since I got my TP. I hate the one that the TP came with so I just stuck with my old Mogul. It seems to work fine, haven't had any memory issues or anything like that. Static low level magnets like the ones on belt clips tend to not affect these type of electronics.

I don't understand that whole theory for one big reason;
The stylus is magnetic.

There wont be any issues, I have attempted 3 different cases including the mogul case and no issues occurred.

As long as it's not a neodymium magnet you should be fine

I'm sure that if they issue a case for a touch screen phone with a magnetic closure they would test it out to make sure it does harm the device. I used a magnetic case with my Touch without any problems. I've read that people have had problems with magnet hitting the answer button on the screen when it is turned on by an incoming call though. I put mine in the case with the screen facing away from the magnet to be safe, I just hope it doesn't mess up my camera or my battery.
