Transparent working tab

I've searched before, but what I found wasn't exactly making me confident on doing this. I have the clearcurtains.cab going, and I want to make the working tab clear as well. However, the post I read said that if I do this it will make the buttons off-center and i'll have to mess around in the registry to fix it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

That's the type of file I'm looking for...does anyone know a way to fix the icons being off-center?
