Re: WM 6.5 Question
yes i suggest the Copper rom to start off, its light and theres no TF3d . its fast but you have to make sure you have the .cabs of the programs you frequently use.

Re: WM 6.5 Question
i love 6.5. i haven't found any bugs yet. I was running copper but copper doesn't have the ability for the updated menu enhancement because of its build. since then i have gone to ppc kitchen and i loved creating my own 6.5 rom. Before you go to the kitchen you should use the copper rom first and see if you like or don't like. the copper rom was an excellent rom. i definitely will not be using 6.1 ever again, it just wouldn't make any sense at all.

That being said, I'd suggest something different. There was just something about copper that wasn't right. I'd say look into JDs rom or kitchen for a good start or even Juicy's or Mikes rom

Re: WM 6.5 Question
you could, I was thinking about it but I'm just going to wait for the release of the real one, I am just going to stick with TF3D in my TP. I always hear of problems with betas or custom roms, so I just like to keep it simple real and right. Not saying dont get it or custom roms but I wont

Re: WM 6.5 Question
please post how you got the rhodium menu enhancements working. even mighty stated that his cab with menu enhancement and notification enhancement do not work. only the notification enhancement will work. yes you can install finger menu but of course thats a program and not the real thing. I even tried xbmod menu enhancement and that didn't work. it is because some builds work and some do not, as stated previously 21500 build does not work with menu enhancements but the notification enhancement works. this is why when mighty built his final rom he had to use a different build which is the 21501 build. what do you mean something just wasn't right, explain please. copper is a stipped down rom that is perfect, any programs you want or edits you want the person has the option themselves.

Re: WM 6.5 Question
Personally i wouldn't recommend the kitchen as a starting point for 6.5 because he for sure will have problems with what mix with 6.5. definitely start of with a cooked rom already, decide what you like and don't like, then hit up the kitchen, but if you're down for the trial and error as a first time user then go for it.

Re: WM 6.5 Question
i am on the stock rom right now. what is the best winmo 6.5 rom? i just want it to be fast, i can careless about what apps are installed. i just want a clean and fast 6.5 rom. especially for txting, my stock rom lags so bad even with the registry tweaks.
