Lightbulb App to start and close data connection?

Anyone come across or see any app that would close and start your data connection. Kinda like the BTonoff app but for data off and on?

Re: App to start and close data connection?

yeah for both TF3d manila 6.5 everything lol. It always annoys me having to go into the comm manager on tf3d or having to click 3 different things in the right corner to close it. Same thing for 6.5.

Re: App to start and close data connection?

Yeah it seems like it would fairly easy to develop a shortcut to do it. AE Button has a selection for it in the registered version so you can assign it to a hardware key. It has a stupid pop up though and a nice delay on it,I was hoping just a clean open and close with no pop ups, like nike just do it.

Re: App to start and close data connection?

You could just long hold your end key, and if its set to bring up the Quick list, then you select "Terminate data connection". As for turning it on, it should do that by itself.

Re: App to start and close data connection?

Well yeah long hold end key works but with this device its fairly sensitive to begin with ,I'd rather not have to hold done the end key so much if you see what I'm saying. Starting data does happen by itself of course but there is a little lag especially when starting gps apps. Just seems like it would be easier to hit the app turn it on and off for development. I mean they don't make light switches that just turn things off and not back on
