im new and need help with cab

hi i went into the essentials folder and downloaded the full list of cabs and i like most. i have the file on my computer zipped and was wondering how to put this on my phone asap. also what is cab short for

use activesync,or the disk drive option if you havent installed the activesync software. Then move the files to where you want them.

You want to make sure you dont unzip a .cab file because this is what is used to install a program on the phone.
To install a cab file, first copy to your phone, i would suggest you copy this to your sd card (storage card). You can do this through my computer>touchpro>storage card.
Then on your phone locate the file using file explorer and open it. For all tweaks and themes you must install on your device memory, if you are installing a game you can install on the storage card

Hey there ... well since you have the TP, you should have the Winzip mobile already installed in your phone. Next, by using Activesync or by just connecting your phone to the computer (depending on which one you prefer) transfer the file to your phone to your memory card ... once there try to opne it by using WInzip ... and it should allow you to do so.

A .cab file is a short for cabinet file ...
