AE Button Plus Help w/ Mighty ROM

I recently made the move to flash my ROM to MightRom. I was debating on doing over the past couple months. I finally made the plunge and glad I did it. This ROM is so much faster than the stock ROM.

My question is, I have AE button plus installed. One the stock ROM all the shortcuts i put on with AE worked fine. Most work with the new ROM however, when I program a button push for messaging i get this error "Error Starting:MSINBOX". When i put a shortcut for File Explorer, i get this error "Error starting:MSFEXPLORE".

Is there some shortcut it's not finding. Please help. Thank you in advance!!

Try setting it again. There might be a duplicate name in there if you moved the menus around.

Re: AE Button Plus Help w/ Mighty ROM

I tried that, it still gave me the error. I see File Explorer and Messaging as a .lnk file, but it still give me that error. Any other thoughts??

Make sure that the program shortcuts you are trying to use are the ones found in the Windows>Start Menu>Programs Folders.

AE Button Plus is an app that allows you to map just about any program and / or action you want to hardware buttons on the phone.

Yes. You can pretty much make any of the keys to do several different things.

Check it out: http://ae.inc.ru/index.php

I believe you can demo the software for a certain amount of days. It's worth it. If you buy it's only 7.99 one time fee.

I look and initially they were in the windows/start menu b/c i had them as shortcuts on the start menu. I moved them into the Windows>Start Menu>Programs Folders, they showed up there, but still got the same error. it's only those two items that give me the message. all the other shortcuts i have mapped work fine. the weird thing is prior to flashing to mighty ROM, all the button shortcuts worked. Not sure what else to try. may just have to live with it.
