problems tethering touch pro

i just flashed my phone with mighty rom 4.16 and when i connect the usb to my laptop i click internet share then connect and the phone says "check usb connection" and the internet doesnt work. i thought 4.16 had the internet share working any ideas how to fix my problem, thanks.

ICS works just fine in Mighty 4.16 for me & I didn't make any special settings......
