Not inappropriate, just your personal choice. At the rate I'm going, my screen would be scratched in 2 hours, let alone 2 years (it would be frosted glass by then, like those bottles from the ocean). I hate screen protectors but with the TP I just think it's a necessary evil. I wish they would come out with a sapphire crystal screen like my watch...why is that so dang impossible. Fail.

yea was wondering that myself, either its to keep the screen protector from getting bent in shipping, or its to help put the screen protector around the scroll wheel....but it doesnt seem to work too well for the later...

Re: End Your Screen Protector Woes

So I got these a couple days ago and I love them! Extremely easy to apply, doesn't even look like there's anything over the screen! The sensitivity and accuracy did slightly increase although that may be a placebo effect. I don't notice any difference in brightness/color of the screen, but if any, it's very little. The only gripe, as neoshi stated, I too have the circular air pocket around the ring. I've only applied the first set as I don't want to waste a 2nd set if it's gonna do the same thing. Can someone else chime in on this? Thanks!
