Cradle internet help

I want to use the evdo internet access instead of through the computer when my TP is cradled since my work internet restricts access to certain sites. Where is the setting for this? I tried all the active sync settings and none seemed to work.

Not that I would ever promote trying to bypass a company content filter, but it would seem that you would have to do some interesting stuff to at least make it work.

one thing you could do is disable your internal nic on your pc / laptop and surf that way. Or just surf right from the phone.

Seems like more of a headache.

I am not trying to use the company's internet. I just want to be able to have the device docked to the computer, but still using the verizon internet access and not the companies internet.

I'd like to be able to do this too...I use My Mobiler to control my Touch Pro on my work PC's monitor, but like the OP when I try to access some sites I get blocked (Barracuda) because the Touch Pro is using the networked internet of the computer, not the internet via the phone.
