roaming on the touch pro (bell)

there are plenty spots where i lose service with the bell network and i cant find a way to roam... how do i do this ??? i want to receive calls when im somewhere with no service. sometimes i have to leave my phone at home cuz i know i aint gonna get ne calls ND the calls that do come in do not get shown as missed calls....so i have no idea if anyone calls etc etc

help please ?
