.NET 3.5 for Touch Pro...

I can't seem to find the .NET 3.5 cab file for the Touch Pro anywhere. I tried searching and searching for it, but got nothing. If someone has it please post or re-direct me to a page i can download it from. I need it to run advanced config. Thanks in advance!
