I have an HTC Diamond P3700

I download the file.
STEP 1 OK.
the step 2 i run the DiamonCustomRUU.exe from pc active sync on
i press next next

the program in pc says error in communication.

ERROR [244] : INVALID MODEL ID

the mobile iti never restart
the phone is dead
what am i doing wrong
something can be done? phone not start at all
pls help meeeeeee

if it gave you invalid model id then it should not have gone thru with it. did you try to pull the battery out for a few minutes? does anything at all come up on the phone screen? also, try the button combination for hard reset.

Unfortunately I tried all variations (battery removed, hard reset, all combinations of buttons) on the screen does not appear anything.How many combinations of buttons there still may not know me all?I think I got a phone mort.Din Unfortunately I can not connect via ActiveSync to your computer, may be I had a chance resoft

sounds like you bricked it man. that's what happens when you try to flash a cdma spl or radio onto a gsm phone.
