Increase Rows & Columns In Programs Tab?

I know this has been discussed elsewhere, but I have done a number of searches and cannot find the thread that discusses how this is done. I am trying to increase the number of rows and columns in my programs tab so that I can have more shortcuts in there (currently running Juggs latest rom if it makes any difference, doubtful0. As it stands, I have a ton of Apps to scroll through in "all programs" and most of them I do not use all the time. This would be very very helpful. Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
