hard reset question

if I have my contacts synced to microsoft outlook and I hard reset my phone, when I synce my phone the next time will my contacts just load in automatically?

Yes, i have also done it. It even works if you get a new Windows Mobile phone altogether. I used to have the HTC Touch, then got the TP and just synced it with my outlook on my computer and had everything on my new phone instantly.
