Touch Pro tethering speeds suck...
Not so great. I'm maxing at 1Mbps while my data card hits 2.6 in the same area...
Max upload has been 225. What's going on? I'm not going to be happy if I've got a Rev A device with Rev 0 speeds.... This seems to be my average result...

Does it disconnect constantly for you too?
I think this thing is going back... My Mogul hit 2.4 easily and never lost connection... this thing drops every 5-10 minutes...

I don't seem to notice if it does disconnect for me. I am new to PPCs and data plans and all and never had high expectations for speed and all.
I just ran the speedtest.net to give your thread some stats. How do you know each time it disconnects? And why is your download 2x mine?

Mine was a lot better, but it does vary depending on location (I have 5 bars where I am)

What radio are you using? I went to the 1.11.0F radio... I'm wondering if that's part of the problem. I was hoping to reduce device heat... didn't work... thing is still hot enough that I'm surprised I don't get blisters.

im getting much higer speeds but dont ask my why lol, could it possibly be your isp?
edit: disconnected my wireless router it must have switched by defaut and my speed are much slower lol heres mine with 2 bars of service

My Mogul used to hit 2.5mbps as well, as evident in my sig, but I have yet to test the Touch Pro, I'll post the results when I get back home.

I am using the 1.11.0F radio on a Sprint TP and it sucks!!!! Back to back tests without moving my phone.
