So how are the Touch OPro users getting this? Do this mean that it is coming with an Update from HTC?

they're prob just going to release it on their site.. i doubt htc is really into alpha testing for mozilla..

well you are very welcome... im here every day i didnt see this anywhere

and i think its going to be released on there website i dont thing its going to be part of HTC

but its a good think more selection of browser..

I seriously doubt HTC is going to be releasing a alpha/beta version of Firefox mobile.

People have already posted about this and an early version of Fennec has already been "leaked" which can also be found on these very same boards.

Yeah, it's floating around here and some other forums. It's an earlier alpha and isn't very stable from what I've read. However what's supposed to come out next week will be an official release so I'm waiting for that.

But if it is only coming out for the Touch Pro.... How do they expect just us to get it without an offical update coming out from HTC?

As far as I know they are only testing it on the Touch Pro, so it may or may not work on other Windows Mobile devices and I'm sure it'll be on their webpage (Mozilla's) when it's out. It's similar to what Qik has done when they were only supporting a limited number of Windows Mobile devices. But I'm still confused to why you think HTC would release this.
