A solution for text message delays

This was being discussed in the other thread, and I thought I would let you guys know what I have been doing to prevent text message delays.

On the sprint network, text messages take a while to send out/receive. For example, if I send myself a text, it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to receive that text again. However, if you FORCE ROAM on verizon's network, the speed is significantly improved. I can get a text back within 2-5 seconds. Just a thought for those whom this might help.
