my internet is not working and i have a brand new touch pro straight out the box, i called sprint to try to troubleshhot the problem and even they cant tell me what the problem is all i keep getting are error codes 407, 67 and some other one what do i do?????? all the settings are right i updated my profile so what can i do
your phone hasn't been provisioned right. something has to be changed from 0 to 1. i usually let sprint do it but if you search i think the codes are around here somewhere.
