GPS Today Plugin

Sort of a novice here . . . .I have this plug-in installed and noticed that my battery is always low. Is that b/c this application is running GPS? Any recommendations?? Thanks.

you could not make any phone calls,text or internet and your battery will still run low.it's a known issue with the pro.my advice is to shut down programs that you are done with and turn off wi-fi and turn your backlight to its lowest settings.
