touch pro ring tone

i am having issue with my ring tone voulme. when some call me ringer voulme gose up and down while it is ringing. i have try with factory and mp3 ringer i am having same issue. when i go to setting and play ringer it ring at same level constantly. dose any one have same issue

No issues here. You sure that you don't have it on increasing ring

YES! I have this exact same problem too! Except my ringer also pauses and starts up again, it's really annoying. It happens right after a soft reset, as well.

I experienced this when I was using voice command to announce incoming calls. Disable this in settings -> voice command then select phone and hit options. Then uncheck Announce incoming calls.
