Perm changing maxbuffer for youtube?

I noticed in the registry there is a value of 10240 under maxbuffer (or something like that). However, everytime I change it and open youtube,it changes back. I want to be able to download an entire video before playing. Right now it only downloads a portion.

The only way to do this is probably to pause the video right when you select it. Then the red bar will complete loading and you can play.

You would think this would work, but try the Grinch (cartoon) 1/3. After pausing, tt will only download about 1/4th of the way then stops. I think it stops wherever the buffer tells it to. That's why I want to change the buffer permanently

change the max buffer rating to something huge in the oem and cook it into the rom
